The afan valley really is a true gem that firmly puts South Wales on the mtb map of not only the uk but Europe . With its variety of long and short trails to suit all abilities of technical and cardiovascular abilities I am reluctant to share my view of this great trail centre incase I encourage too many riders to ride here. For any true mtb rider a weekend ring at the afan argoed trail centre is a must ! Once you try you will be planning your next trip.
