Still think the Whites Level trail is the best there and now feels almost natural not man made.
What do you like?
The new Blade trail adds another string to the Afan bow and the riding from Glyncorrwg centre end of the forest. Trails are good all year around so winter riding is generally swift and entertaining. Great facilities including a campsite and cafe that sells beer.
What could be improved?
The loss of trees due to disease on the climb from the bike centre makes it feel hard work when before dodging the trees took your mind off the grind. Blade trail doesn't really seem to add anything new to the trails but I am sure will bed in nicely. Would prefer singletrack descents rather than some of the berm runs but others seem to enjoy them.
