the blade and whites level
we rode the blade trail which starts at Glyncorrwg Visitors Center. its a good climb up to the top, quite a long one but wasnt to grueling. the first proper descent was fantastic once into the woods, tight, wet, steep, slippy, and fun. the climb back up after wasnt!
we thought the blade was a good length trail, the climbs are in general fairly easy and the descents are fun and tricky. like the idea of having 2 separate choices of descent at the end but didnt fancy pushing back up to do the 2nd as had major arm pump by the time we got to the bottom. the lovely cake in the visitor helped fix that though!
recently rode whites level which shares the same climb as the blade. felt whites level flowed a bit better and prefered it to the blade. descents are great fun and very rocky. plenty of chances to get in the air as well. really enjoyed it and would certainly come back for more!
