Great trails for all age groups

Great place for kids and adults alike. Very well maintained our kids had a ball and didn't want to leave.

What do you like?

Great for young and old kids, enough here to keep them all entertained. Our kids loved the pump track. Our daughter (2 and a half years old) grew in confidence so much on her balance bike in the space of an hour. She was flying round at the end. Our 5 year old also loved it, so much so we're heading there again tomorrow. The trails were in great condition too, fab place.

What could be improved?

None specifically regarding the trails but I could have done with a wee cup of tea :-)

Great fun and good practice

Great fun, and a good way to keep the skills up for longer rides. All the trails are technical enough to make me want to go back and do them just a bit better next time.

What do you like?

Lots of interest in admittedly short trails (but that means a short ride back up to start again!). Sufficiently challenging to keep me interested however many times I ride them.

What could be improved?

None

Great family bike ride

A great day out with family and friends. Would highly recommend this place to all mountain bikers of all abilities.

What do you like?

Good range of trails for small children (aged 4-6). They easily managed the blue and there was plenty to keep them entertained on the pumptrack for ages. Great for improvers also (myself). I don't have a huge amount of skill on a mountain bike but I found this place to be hugely enjoyable. I could see that I could really improve my skills and learn a lot from these trails. Pump track was brilliant fun for all ages. Great area in the middle where you can take and rest but still be able to watch the kids go round.

What could be improved?

The road up to the start of the trails was a little bit rocky for little legs but smaller children were fairly easily pushed up. Trails not huge in length but this was actually great for the kids in being able to have a few goes at the trails. No toileting facilities at the trails but nearest hotel not too far away.

Innovation at it's best...

Over all excellent varied trails very well thought out and well worth a visit. We just need some more of these in the area now!

What do you like?

Packs a lot in to a small area and all trails are great to ride, even the blue is really good for an experienced rider at speed or a beginner/children alike. Orange and Red give some great technical challenges with some really innovative features. The pump track, which is not too far from the car park is a massive hit with kids, with lots of safe but fun features. But is equally as good for an experienced rider to have some fun on. A brilliant, well thought out set of trails that are well worth a visit.

Family fun & a bit more!

Fab to have this on our doorstep!

What do you like?

Great for skills development of my young kids- built up confidence on pump track & short sections of blue. All trails really accessible from car park.

What could be improved?

Closer toilets would be good....although a tree works well!!
