GT& INNERS they just get better for me anyway . lots of info posts around with emergency contact phone numbers and grid ref on them . put these numbers in your mobile i did . look out for your fellow riders if you have a mechanical problem or puncture . most riders will ask if you are ok i do you never no when you might need some kind of help . i have only been riding two years my mate tam showed me the trails and i have never looked back ha . my favorite day out is INNERS xc in the morning then off the whistle stop cafe for a bite to eat and a coffee then up to GT black trail then if i have any energy left spend some time at the jump park and berm baby berm . ALPINE BIKES and I CYCLES are great shops lots of help there when you need it . the cafe the showers bike wash all good and only £3 to park all day .

What could be improved?
empty water bottles and energy bar wrappers dumped half way round a trail the people who they belonged to them any good any good . maybe a BIG advertisement board at the entrance to all of the 7 stanes trails .the picture shows mountain bikers negotiating their way round mountains of rubbish on a trail with rubbish all tangled up on the bike and rider .
i know people litter everywhere its a throw away world we live in now .
