Greats trails. Short but packing a punch. The blue is a fast flowy trails with loads of berms and rollers. Younger riders will enjoy a smooth surface while more experienced riders will have plenty of opportunities to get air, including the gap jump over a stream. The red has a nice technical climb and a new loop at the top which has black graded options. The black is tight narrow and technical and very fast at the bottom.
Add In a brilliant coffee shop with excellent home made cakes and a well stocked bike shops, it's a fantastic package
What could be improved?
Short trails but then you get to do loads of loops...
all abilities (and non bikers!) will love it here!

I am not a mountain biker but my kids have loved coming here and getting the chance to play around in the skills area and work up some confidence and then have taken to the trails. The whole ethos of this place is what makes it such a pleasure to come - mountain bikers love it and are all around, but so are non-bikers who are made just as welcome and will find just as much to do. There is always something going on, some new development in the offing making the place even more special and without fail staff are warm, friendly and grinning. We have stayed here too and recommend making a whole weekend out of it - the bike trails, the walking trails, the Tea Garden, the bike shop, the fab camping and Katas. It is such a good venue for novice bikers like our kids that we have driven back a couple of times just for the day to let them keep practising and having fun.
What could be improved?
none, each visit we find something new has been added to the offering :-)
Trails are truly awesome, they are full of lots of surprises and technical aspects that make them a joy to ride, if not scary at times, I always exit the trail with a smile_
As for facilities excellent, great café, bike/ hire shop/ accommodation_ all round just a fantastic place
Comrie trails are more than just trails. There is a great community vibe, accommodation in all kids of varieties, a shop, food etc... It's a place you could easily hang out with your family for a weekend or more.

The bumpy, swoopy trails are brilliantly made and offer a lot of fun. I am not a great mountain biker but I still enjoyed many of the trails during my visit. They are really good for helping me to develop my skills, too.
Great mix of 'bike park' and natural trails.
Top facilities (cafe, shop, bike wash, toilets and hot/powerful showers).
Cosy and warm hostel.
Lovely friendly crew who run the place.
