It's massive space, big potential, but still have not been maintained properly, at least youghts has where to ride a bike, big hopes for progression of his parkland

Quite a lot variety of trails for all types rider's
What could be improved?
Not many tech part of track, missing toilet, bowl or quarter for tech part rider's
