Description

Pimbo Bike Park is in Skelmersdale in Lancashire, Northwest England. The trails and tracks are graded green, blue, red, and black and are feature filled with jumps, berms, drops and is all wheel size friendly. There is also a pump track and a Dirt Jump area. You can book online in advance or pay on the day.

Pump Track

  • There is a pump track which can be rolled into from Warmup hill.

XC - Green, Red (section), Black (section)

  • The XC routes are a family friendly green trail around the perimeter of the site. It is 1km with a red XC option to test your balance and a flowy fast black XC section.

Warm Up Hill - Blue

  • This area of site has two blue trails with a drop-off section.

First Flight Freeride - Black

  • This trail features non-optional gap jumps (optional boner log feature to start).

Duel Dual Slalom Track

  • A 2-lane track that allows riders to follow separate lines within one trail so you can race your mates.

Jumps Progressive Tabletops

  • This is a rollable trail featuring tabletops and rollers which can be doubled up (jumped).

Berms Blue Flow Trail

  • This is a flowy blue trail full of berms.

B & J Red Berms and Jumps

  • This line has a rollable drop after the first berm, it then has three rollable doubles which increase in size as you progress.

M58 Red Jump Trail

  • A red rated trail for riders advancing from Red B & J, requires jumping skills.

Big Phils Black Jump Trail

  • Both the Boner and Pocket lines have gap jumps and various features for expert riders, when riding the main field be aware of multiple riders using the line as some line options are slower than others, leave reasonable spacing between riders when leaving Mount Graft.

The Steezy Mac Line, Black Jump Trail

  • This trail has gaps and large features suitable for expert riders. Always take care when crossing other lines if you don't make it all the way through to the end and use the push up.

Dirt Jump Field

  • There is a bid Dirt Jump field with multiple options.

Other Stuff

  • Based just off the M58 and one junction from the M6, they are central to Liverpool, Manchester, and Preston

Great time great people

Made fantastic use of space lots ro go at and always changing dirt jumps look ace

What do you like?

Dirt jumps look ace huge variety for all skill levels and ages good atmosphere clean never muddy well drained

What could be improved?

Could do with more lines here and there but they are constantly building and changing

Fantastic place

Bloody fantastic time with the kids

What do you like?

Friendly staff and lots to choose from for a smaller venue friendly vibe and very reasably priced to ride

What could be improved?

Pot noodles are a tad steep at 3 quid but i guess you have to make money somehow

The best bike park I have ever been to. Very friendly staff and very friendly park highly recommend

Really good bike park highly recommend Great staff All ages are welcome so great for all ages and also great for beginners

Great bikepark

Brilliant place to vist not far from wigan next to the m58 5 mins from m6

What do you like?

Huge variety of trails for mtb and bmx easy to get to great for beginners and more expierienced riders dirt jumps mulch jumps airbags

What could be improved?

Surface can get a little loose at times

Mtb park with bmx trails

Bike park for all ages and abilities constantly changing and adding new features

What do you like?

Dirt jump field is just over 12 months old with loads of lines and variety and is only getting bigger and better as is the rest of the bikepark friendly atmosphere like a big family

What could be improved?

None really if u want big and gnarly it has it if u want tables its got it if ur 3 years old and pumping rollersbits got it
