The quarry itself is quite tame if you are serious rider there are only a few highlights and is mostly used by motorbikes. The trails have also been neglected lips have been destroyed and berms arnt that flowy however I go often only for the the jumps that have been redone at the start before the quarry as they are quite well built
Council needs to Redo the trails they have been neglected to long and left unmaintained

Lots of off piste options.Used to have a great trail linking the two different quarries but it was needing some repair when I last rode it.Tough climb to get to top of trails.

The maintenance undertaken over the last 12 months has massively improved the area.
Working on facilities, watch this space !
New jump line...less puddles
lack of facilities, however Stubbylee cafe is amazing

So much variety to enjoy in Lee Quarry, and you could almost spend a day in there and do most of it only the once.
The more you ride around, the more you discover. There's some very easy bits, some very difficult bits, some sketchy bits and everything in between.
Trails with berms, jumps, drops and tech, plus some pump tracks for the younger kids.
Ride around all day and I guarantee you won't get bored.
There's no cafe, or bike shop on site unfortunately. There's a nice little cafe in Stubby Lee Park just down the lane a bit, and there's a good bike shop (Ride On) on Bacup Rd in Rawtenstall, but it's a 10-15 minute pedal to get there.
yes
Great fun up at the quarry which requires some effort to get to but it’s worth it
Well maintained trails
No facilities up at the quarry itself but coffee shop at the bottom
