What do you like?
Nice flowing singletrack at both the start and end of the 8 route if you start at the new carpark. None of this climbing a fire road in the beginning! Drains well, trails ride well all year round! Good variety of features - love Hully Gully and the snake sections, Hope Line is good to develop the skills. Bit of everything - roots, rocks and the climbing is not too tedious! Love it from someone that has done 80% of the main trail centres of the UK. The cakes in the Cafe are top notch!
What could be improved?
The cafe is new so they only open at the weekends at the moment but I'm sure if they committed to opening more then it would get used - we go mid-week due to work so miss out on any cafe! Also there are no Loo's, Bike wash or Showers (that's not a real issue for us as we are local!) but I think if they want to attract people from further a field then this may deter more visitors, which is a shame
