What do you like?
As a local to Friston (Eastbourne) I've ridden the forest a reasonable amount. It's amazing how many amazing trails that have sprung up over the last year! There are a lot more than one XC trail and one DH zone! Try and link up with some of us locals if you're planning on coming for the first time!

There is a LOT of single track to be had, various berms some small drops and some mid size tables to be had on the many trails that Friston has to offer!
Please respect the other forest users too! It's their forest as much as ours (if not more!!)
What could be improved?
There's always a damn long climb to get to the top of the trails! But what goes up, must come down!
