Data Deletion
How to delete your iBikeRide account and the personal data associated with it.
If you can sign in
You can delete your account and all associated data instantly and without contacting us. Sign in, then go to Delete Account and confirm. This removes your reviews, comments, check-ins, favourites, photos, videos, recorded GPS tracks and profile data. Trails you’ve authored on the site are not deleted, since other riders rely on that content.
If you can’t sign in
Email daniel.mintz@ibikeride.com from the address on your account and we will delete your account and data manually.
Signed in with Facebook?
Removing the iBikeRide app from your Facebook settings does not delete your iBikeRide account on its own. Use one of the two options above to delete your account and data.
