Beware the black climb!
If you do the black climb, make sure you haven't left your legs at home because whether you ride or walk it, they'll be hurting after it! The climb is stupidly steep! Though puts a smile on your face when you finish it! Black descent is fast and fun with the odd techy bit thrown in. The blue can be done by most if not all and will invite you to go faster and faster each time you do it! Pretty good loop to session a few times.

Blaengarw Hidden Gem
Amazing what can be done with a short loop.
Blaengarw is a great fun trail which can be sessioned or linked with a longer ride
Short sharp climbs, rewarding fast descents.
The quarry section is a gem and in the sunshine feels like a different country
Definitely worth a visit on its own merit you won't be disappointed
