Smilog (AKA Smaelog) Trails, in Llantrisant, is a downhill mountain bike base in South Wales. It has a few DH runs and is maintained by the local community.

Smaelog (Smilog) Trails
- There are two main downhill trails at Smilog (red grade). Popular sections are Blueprint and Pinball. The trails start from the Forestry Commission car park.
- This is a push-up (on fireroad) Downhill base.

There are around 10k of hand-crafted technical, steep and challenging MTB descents with fairly moderate climbs in between.
