I visited on a pretty hot day in the summer and did the combined loop. Part of the single track was shut due to forestry operations was a shame so I'm keen to go back and ride it when it's all open. The climbs aren't too severe and there's a good mix of single track descents and single track rolling trail.

The trail group due a really good job here and were busy trimming back the undergrowth which was threatening to take over the trail in a few areas due to the dry summer and a lot of growth.

There's no facilities there and at time you do feel like your in the arse 'ole end of nowhere so make sure you've got a phone or are riding with someone as if anything goes wrong it may be a while before help gets there.

One thing that I really did like was that despite the fact that the car park wa full I only saw two other riders out on the trail. It was almost like having the place to yourself.
