TRAILS

We have been riding & living here for 8 years. Local knowledge ensures every day will be some of the best trail riding you could ever experience.

Our trails begin in the mountains at 2400 metres and descend beneath the Watchtowers of the Dead Kings of Majorca all the way to the beach.

We ride 12 months of the year and are constantly refining our itinerary.

 UPLIFT

We offer altitude uplift to elevated sun soaked trails over 900 metres, and our trails can start as high as 2400m.

Good Points
Firstly the passion and motivation that Simon and Jake share with the group for mountain biking is second to none from the second you arrive in the beautiful setting of Céret (Our Hotel accommodation), Pyrénées.

The trails are fantastic providing some spectacular views and just "out there" (offering something a little more wild compared with the "normal suspects" Rhône-Alpes MTB locations). I'm a big fan of those locations (Avoriaz, Châtel, Les Gets, Morzine and Montriond-Les Lindarets) in the Rhône-Alpes having cycled there many times but Céret just feels less complicated and laid back, "chilled". The area offers something for novice to expert, whether gnarly & rocky or fast and single track following in the wild boar hunters footsteps from the summit to the beach. There are jumps and natural drops for all that want to improve personnel skills, something you as an individual can expect during your time in the Pyrénées with these organisers. You can make use of a vehicle uplift or cycle all your ascents, our planning with the guides used both to optimise our experiences.

Your guides, fluent in English and French know the area well and know local ex-pat and local restaurateurs. You will not be disappointed in the food & local wine, freshly made gourmet baguettes for lunch and booked into a different restaurant each night, joining you to discuss your daily experiences and planning for the next day should you wish.

Our hotel was inexpensive, clean and a simple continental breakfast served and I would stay there again.

Simon and Jake have a great base, passion for making sure their guests have the best time, an amazing variety of trails and 300+ days of sunshine per year. The best riding holiday I've been on (from 10 previous) and it almost goes without saying we'll be back.

Superb trails offering lots of variety and technical difficulty. From natural forest singletrack to wide open rocky descents and built trails with brilliant jumps and drops
Great location, weather and ambiance. Nice not to feel like you're in a ski-village (like Morzine)

Superb views, good food and local wine
Nice hotel, clean and a good price
