Good Points
We stayed with James and Tracey as I was looking for my first alpine downhill experience. There property is situated close to three parks that we used when I was there, Wargrain, Leogang & Planai (hope they are spelt correctly) I was rather nervous having only previously done a little bit of downhill in UK parks but James asked me lot's of questions and assured me I would live to tell the tale prior to booking. We rode Wargrain first which gave me a perfect opportunity to practice and improve my technique. James in my opinion is a very good coach and guide and by the end of the day had me riding a lot more confidently and smoothly. I also started to go a lot faster but there was no pressure to push yourself more than you felt comfortable to. The good thing about having a guide is all you have to worry about is your riding and not where you are going. I had total trust in James and didn't once worry about which run we were using. Leogang was a different scale completely and although we had a lovely day there was a bit more hardcore and a lot higher and steeper. I struggled to get my head around the heights and some of the near vertical runs but James led us carefully down the routes he knew I could handle always making sure we did some sighting runs first to get comfortable with what we were doing. This is the place to come if you have big balls and no fear as the scale of jumps and drops is beyond most weekend warriors. Without a guide in this park you could easily end up picking the wrong line and in serious trouble!!! Lastly we rode Planai which was probably somewhere between the two parks for me. We had an amazing day here and the choice of trails is amazing. I think it was our final run and I was getting more and more confident as well as tired. I picked a slightly wrong line on that run and suddenly found myself facing probably the biggest jump of my life. I'm glad to say I nailed it and experienced probably the biggest adrenalin rush of my life!
Staying with the Hinsby family was chilled out and easy. James and Tracey and their family were great fun to stay with a brilliant hosts. We left them feeling like we had been staying with old friends. We will definitely be going back and the plan is to take a larger group of us.

Apart from a distinct lack of bacon this place is amazing place to ride, the fact that James will guide you to all the good stuff makes it first class - easy to get to, cheap and great hospitality what's not to like ! Already booked in for 2014 ! Bring it !!!

Good Points
James and Tracey are great hosts and the accommodation catered great for our group of 8 riders.
James was very knowledgeable and it was great to have him share his local knowledge and meet some of his other local riding buddies.
The bike parks and gondolas were superb and super efficient.
Bad Points
Didn't stay for long enough to ride all the bike parks but then it's a great reason to go back!
Honestly can't fault anything.
