I rode here whilst on holiday, and had a blast. My only regret, i missed the Hart trail. Me my son and wife rode the green trail first, then i was aloud to go and play. The blues are not too hard so you can increase your speed with practice.

A great ride well worth the effort
What do you like?
I live 15 miniutes from this ride and would highly recomend it. First parking is free as is the use of the trail. There is a good varity of rides all finishing back at the hub in the center. I have been both alone where you can push yourself to the limit. But there are also sections really good for the family where I have taken a ride with my 12 year old and he loves certain sections (some sections I would not recomend for family). There is bike hire which is reasonable. I think the longest it has taken to complete a section with my lad is 20 miniutes which is good as he does as much or as little as he wants.
You can also combine this ride with the Bodmin Beast about 10 miniutes drive 15 miniutes ride away.
What could be improved?
Unfair to say this is a bad point but it can get very busy due to its family friendly nature. If you want a hard ride go later in the evening to avoid family riders.

What do you like?
Great venue. I can recommend - Timber trail (with red bits) Hart trail. Saw pit. I usually ride all of these at least a couple of times - takes about an hour. My favourite is the timber trail which is nice and flowy with a few red features thrown in. The ride back up to the start isn't to bad either. A nice little skills section to warm up on, and a few other trails just across from the car park or a trip down to Cardingham woods just a couple of mile away make it a really good day. Nothing technical even the red bits.
Track in good condition (hope it stays that way) Nice and flowy. If only it was about ten times longer. But the builders have done a great job.
