Bedgebury always puts a smile on my face. The trails have recently been refurbished, with a number of "rock gardens" being put in. The red trails feature dirt jumps, berms, roots, tight corners, rocks, bridges, north shore and mud, and are linked to each other with gravel/dirt roads that give you an opportunity to catch your breath. The beauty of the trails here is that you can make it as difficult or as easy as you like by adjusting your speed. It's a fantastic place for improvers to practice, but also for more experienced riders to have a bit of fun. With respect to the climbs: the main challenging climbs are on Starvegoose and Cardiac. I like a decent challenge, so I like these, but people who are somewhat unfit might find it difficult.
