Description
Billinge Woods has a short MTB trail with two sections, the Trail of Two Trees and Tricky Sixty, both red-graded, making up a figure of eight circuit totalling around 2km. There is also a BMX pump track on site. The trails sit within Witton Country Park, Blackburn in Lancashire.

The Trails
The Trail of Two Trees and Tricky Sixty are the two named sections, each 600m long, forming a figure of eight circuit of around 2km when combined. The trail features berms, rocky sections, tight turns for technical development and rollers to improve pump and jumps. The trails were designed by Phil Saxena of Architrail in partnership with Capita Symonds. There is also a BMX pump track on site.
Getting Here
Car parking is available at Witton Country Park, off Preston Old Road (A674), Blackburn. The trails are accessed via Crow Wood from the country park, a climb of around one mile. The mountain bike trails can also be accessed on foot from Billinge End Road or Under Billinge Lane. Cherry Tree train station is around 1.2 km away, and Witton Country Park is on National Cycle Network route 6.
Not far from Healey Nab, Lee Quarry and Gisburn Forest.
