Hello, I've been lurking on here for a little while, though it was time to come out of the shadows and say hello!

I've been riding now on and off for about 2 years, always liked bimbling around on bikes but really got into it properly when I started going out with my boyfriend, who is pretty into his downhill.

I started off riding XC but I've been getting more into dh, drops and jumps etc, particularly after getting a bouncy bike for Xmas! I am particularly cr&p at going uphill! I ride a Santa Cruz Chameleon and a Haro Extreme X2.

Chicksands is my favourite place to ride, and I'm a big fan of Epping too, I ride there with the EHC www.eppinghardcru.co.uk. Sometimes ride Thetford but haven't been there for a while, anyone know what has been built over there, I heard some dig days have been going on?

Trying to get further afield to a new places in 2008 - Swinley, Cannock, Cwmcarn and Llandegla are all on my hit list...

I rode with the EppingHardCru recently, Lukeee led the way and am keen to come out again soon.I am also a regular at Chicksands so I hope we will be meeting on the trails soon.

I see Swinley is on your wish list. There is a group of us meeting there tomorrow if you fancy.

hey beth... welcome.. am off to thetford tomorrow with my riding bubby (goblinshimmer ) and her wee one, will let you know whats been going on over there,, we do know that they have built some new stuff on the red run, little bit of shore.. but only about 10ft long .
cwm-carn is one of my top rides as well as afan and the cli-machx, think ya goin to love em.... enjoy tom
