8hrs riding at herts shore yesterday

off to saffron walden and dunmow skateparks tonight then harlow skatepark lunchtime tomorrow

Finally found some bike time and did a midweek jaunt to Epping... I've been there a couple of times recently and really enjoy the serenity of the woodland. Only really stuck to the main tracks with a few deviations in the undergrowth. Unfortunately I'm not too familiar with the forest but would welcome any hints, tips of where to ride off the beaten track. Still had a good 2hour pedal turn (with major noisy BB...oops)

it was working last week, i managed to grab the 6 or so route maps before it went down, so if its not up again soon give me a shout & ill pass them on.

My BB started creaking away too - it was worrying me enough that i decided not to ride again until i get the tools shipped to sort it out. Ive had to console myself by *walking* round Richmond park & middle chilterns, gazing eagerly at some new trails. Still fun tho

Hey thanks for that...but site still down I'll PM you my email if you wouldn't mind sending them over, that would be great!! Think i gonna be over there a lot for a mid week blast.
