Esher Shore for me kids! It was wicked, I am getting my confidence up on this North Shore thing and really beginning to enjoy it.

Although some dude did break his ankle, which was a real downer for him and his buddies.

Yo Tom yep she can ride them hills sure its not you that's getting slower lol hope we get to ride soon mate looking forward to seeing how much better i've got down hills ,

Myself, Phil and a couple of other lads went oer to Theford again today. Quite dry and fast.

Did the red route twice and the black once with copious amounts of coffee and a cornish pasty spread out during the day
