Cwm Carn is just a short hop along the M4 into Wales for London bikers. It has one of the most technical and beautiful climbs that is aptly rewarded with the most flowing, smooth single track down you can get in the whole British Isles.

this video features the last down on the cross country course at Cwm Carn Wales and proves a tad painful for rider Pete Lightfoot. Watch though how smoothly he gets back on to complete this course Laughing
