The 180 is one of those cool tricks I am always seeing people do in the car parks of dirt parks. Although more often it looks more like a 90 degrees turn it is still very cool. There are two ways to tackle this:
(contribution from Segio Rivas sergitobt from Santiago, Chile)
Static 180 From a stationary standpoint whilst hovering over your bike in a trackstand like position you wind up your body, twist it around and jump upwards trying to rotate the bike around in a full 180. This is all done in a very quick motion
Punch 180, Pedal Kick Basically you spin around in the direction of your front foot forward much like the side-hop. You punch the drive-train and spin the bike around in a clean 180. Either way. Be protected, wear a helmet and body armour. Have lots of fun.

| What sort of forks would do for this sort of stuff. In my BMX days rigid forks responded great but my sus forks take out alot of the upward pull. Desperate to pull of a 360.. |
