Yesterday the weather was pretty dreadful... but after a morning of deliberating I convinced my self to go out for ride. Decided to take the Enduro for a play in Wharncliffe Woods to the West of Sheffield.
This place is a dense wood on the side of a hill. It makes for some great riding and recently a lot of work has been done on the Downhill trails there. Since i went last time they had done some good work filling in all the muddy sections with some hardpack to make them ride faster. I also did some exploring made easier by the fact i was on the lighter bike, I found another two Downhil runs this time, One that ended in some sweet kickers of varying sizes. Next time i'll be putting some burlier wheels on and tackling the bigger ones! The rain did eventually start coming down but the tree cover here is quite heavy so it didn’t matter too much although the roots did get a little slippy. Weather is not great again today - who stole the summer?!
