Given the amount of you that compete as well as those of you that push your limits and occasionally get hurt ;) we have dedicated a whole new section to Training, Recovery and Health articles from everyday riders like goblinshimmer to leading expert writers in this field like Matt Hart from Torq and professional racer Pua Sawicki. Read, comment, rate and of course get Training

Core to me setting up this section was starting a new relationship with Matt Hart from Torq and him supplying many of his professional and renowned fitness articles to help make iBikeRide one of the best mtb knowledge resources out there on the web... A relationship I am working grow between Torq and iBikeRide going forward.
For those of you that don't know of Matt or checked out Torq.
