Hi i'm Matt have been riding for about 2 - 3 years but just long road rides and decided that this year i would try a bit of off road!!
First time was last weekend at Ashton court Bristol and am off to cwm carn on sunday with the guys from Bristol Mountain Bike Club, As i was on a tight budget(£500) when buying my new bike i went for a hard tail instead of a full susser and am now the Owner of a Gary Fisher Marlin disc 2008. Am loving the riding and am picking up plenty of tips by looking at sites like this and meeting up with other riders. Am always willing to learn whether from others or my own mistakes.
May see you out and about.

welcome matt,, cwm-caran is one of my top rides, hard going up but soo sweet comin down enjoy...
