Hi All

Is anyone planning on going out for some of the above this week-end.

I am looking to join up with some other riders and get my first taste of the big stuff.

I am on the South West side of London but dont mind a bit of travelling.

Sunday I was planning either xc race in Swinley with Gareth (but think I might die) or some downhill in Aston Hill assuming it isn't tooooo muddy by then.

I could be swayed otherwise and Tomotomks did mention Chicksands which could be an option especially as I need to pick my daughter up from Bedford way in the Evening anyways.

Do you have transport?

Yeah I have a car but need to buy a bike rack first before I can use it. I will be looking for one this week. If you are heading down to Aston Hill I would love to join in.

How far from London is Chicksands?
