Hi Penfold,
Guilty as charged

I have now set up the donation page

Now off to do my first bit of training,
I am bricking it, a bit at the moment.
The most I have done on a bike is 10hours and as it stands, I will be doing it on my own at the minute !!

Spoke to my mum this mornig, and she has asked that the money go to Bryan House, which is a place that looks after sick kids with limited life expentancy.

So don't do it for me, do it for the little children

What's the route like and how practically do you train for something like this? Is there a recommended type of training schedule?

With regards to training, I am just riding more (5 hours last weekend) , and getting some miles in on my road bike.

I am also going to get some night riding done, as I have not done too much of it.
