Whether on a BMX or a Dirt Jumping bike the 360 is probably one of the hardest and most dangerous tricks you could ever learn

  • Body protection and helmet are essential
  • Practice in a foam pit, a fly out or a box jump first. Don't start on doubles
  • Watch lots of people do it first.
  • Learn with someone who can do it competently already
  • Turn off the lip whichever way you are most comfortable with and keep your head looking in the direction of your travel at all times.
  • At 180% spot your landing. At this point you are pretty much nearly there. Keep your eyes focused on that landing spot and put your bike there.
